What Makes Space-Ray Brooders Better?
The design
and fabrication of the emitter is critical to the longevity and
use of a radiant brooder. If the ceramic insulation material is
not in full contact with the stainless steel cone, it will allow
heat dissipation through the top of the brooder.
Additionally,
the heat will not be reflected directly back on to the emitter
which provides the radiant effect of the brooder, thus lowering
the efficiency and longevity of the brooder.
